Refunds will not be provided unless I cannot finish your commission

The time for your commission to be completed will vary, but it ranges from a few days to 3 months. Please be patient with me !

Please provide neat reference images, and write in a clear and polite manner. Be clear with what you want and feel free to add as many details as you'd like

I'll let you know when I start your commission, I will send you a sketch and wait for your confirmation to continue

You are given 3 free revisions during the early stage (sketch, flat color.) More revisions require an extra fee

After a commission is finished, no changes can be made

Customers are allowed to use their commissioned artwork for personal use only. if you use or post my art, please credit me

Completed commissions will be sent via email (Google Drive link.)

I have the right to refuse service to anyone
